West Los Angeles Baptist
School has been serving the Westside of Los Angeles
for more than 25 years. Our alumni have graduated from
some of the most prestigious universities in the country
including UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC and Stanford.
In June 2007, WLAB celebrated its 25th anniversary
with its first alumni reunion. Alumni from as far back
as the Class of 1982, faculty, as well as former principal
John Reynolds, attended this special event. Many alumni
brought their families and reconnected with classmates
they had not seen for two decades. Some have served
in the military and are now using their experiences
in the private sector. Others have started their own
businesses. Others are teaching. One alumnus, who served
as sports editor of the WLAB School newspaper, is now
working as a sports writer for a local newspaper.
